Clearbox Systems is pleased to have signed the Veterans' Employment Commitment as a public show that it understands the value and unique experience of our veterans.
The aim of the Veteran's Employment Program is to promote the benefits of hiring Australia's highly skilled ex-service men and women.
Clearbox Systems has committed to supporting veteran employment, when vacancies arise, by:
- Identifying that roles are open to veterans
- Considering veteran applications favourably
- Providing unsuccessful veteran applicants with timely constructive feedback
Clearbox Systems is already part-owned by a veteran and with a third of the executive team made up of veterans this commitment will build on this foundation throughout the business.
